Should I optimize Pinterest images?

    Hey there,

    thanks for your very good plugin. I am quite new to Shortpixel and would like to know whether I should also optimize the Pinterest images which I upload to my posts (my theme allows to upload a separate file). Or is it only necessary for images which are displayed (featured images and others in the post). Thank you in advance.

    Hey @jazzminus – thank you for your message and for using ShortPixel.
    I believe it would be best to also optimize the Pinterest images. If they are uploaded on your website directly you can set ShortPixel up to automatically optimize them even if they are not along the other Media Library images.
