Should I update my admin email?

Hi there,

I just wanted to ask you if you recommend me to change the admin email under settings/general. Now there is a strange email, I don’t know that email. It seems a default email (did WordPress or my hosting provider created it?).

If I change it, should I use a very new email or my private email?
