should i use this with w3tc if i am using w3tc extension?

    i am using w3tc and it has a cloudflare extension with it and if i am using this extension should i delete this standalone cloudflare plugin?
    are there any database tables associated with your plugin so that if i have to delete this plugin i also have to delete database tables.
