Should I use WordPress Default Lazy Loading or use Plugin for this?

What criteria are you expecting an answer to consider? Asking here at WordPress forums, of course, we think the WordPress feature is sufficient, or it would not be in core WordPress. Plugins are for extending WordPress, so if that plugin adds something else, then use it if you want what it provides.

The WordPress lazy loading adds the loading="lazy" attribute to images only if there is not already a loading attribute. That means it can coexist with plugins that add loading="eager" or other methods. That also means that nothing will happen if the browser does not support the loading attribute.
