    Did you click the “add condition” button?
    Could you show us a screenshot of the box settings?

    I currently see no Boxzilla box on your blog page. Maybe you needed to refreshyourcache.com ? Or you already solved the problem some other way?

    Thank you for your answer…the campaign was finished on christmas, so we check next year if it still occurs
