• Should themes just cover the visual and layout aspect of WordPress or should they include other functionality that is covered by other plugins like SEO or Google Analytics etc.

  • Hi Arnold,

My personal opinion is that themes should be as flexible and customizable as possible, so users can adapt them to their specific needs.
This is why I would not include any functions in my theme that have been already addressed or offered to WP users through a plugin, yet alone include any specific plugin in the theme.
If you are looking for information about how to create a template, there are a lot of WP resources, articles, and tips about creating themes online.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers!

    Hello again, Arnold.

I hope you’re doing well, and that you were able to figure out your pb. If all your questions and doubts were answered, and if you do not have further questions, would you mind marking this thread as “resolved”? That would help the community a lot.
    Thanks!

    Marventus
