Shouldn’t require rocket science

  • Grrr. End of rant, except to say that I’ve tried 3 or 4 sliders and always hit a similar wall – NO SLIDER, just the images all showing up.

    But SMOOTH SLIDER comes highly recommended and supposedly does things a little diff. from all the JQuery-based ones… or so I thought.

    This is a simple theme … but obviously without thousands of installs, hence maybe adequate support and/or Q.C. … I have to figure that there’s a “conflict” between “the theme & this plugin” or this plugin and some other one or ??

    I’m reasonably technical, but we’re talking, “The car won’t start” or something almost that elemental. I shouldn’t have to research this on StackOverflow … and I probably don’t. Maybe, someone out there can say, “Oh that again,” but why it isn’t high up in the FAQ beats the heck out of me.

    Signed, frustrated … but ready to earmark a ton of gratitude for any help!
