Show 10 previous and next pages titles links of the current page in sidebar

I thought i would find a plugin or some widget option to do this but unless im missing something i see no way.

I need to show in a widget in the sidebar a vertical menu of 20 pages. Links with titles for the 10 previous pages and the 10 next pages from the current page by id. So if you are in a page with id 20 menu would show linked titles for pages from id 10 to id 30.

Either using some plugin that let me show it in the sidebar or as a code i would paste in a widget, as i have a plugin to use php in a widget.

If you know about several ways to achieve this i would like to hear about all of them as one of them may be better suited for me.
