Show >100 entries

I have a table with 115 rows. I want it paginated by default, but would like the user to be able to view the entire table at one time instead of having to scroll if they prefer. But – the option to show entries is only 10, 25, 50, 100 and my default. How do I give them an option to view the full table?

I understand that could be a bad thing for really long tables – so even the ability for us to put in a number of our choice to represent max rows viewable would be good. Then it’s up to us to be sure we don’t overload server capability or get our readers upset.
