Show a title on the Blog page

Hi. I am using the Twenty Eleven theme with WordPress 5.0.3 on a desktop server development site. Everything is up to date. I can do the customisations I need except to display a title on the main blog page. I have used the additional CSS option to hide the title on all other pages, but I want a tile at the top of the Blog page, below the menus. It is not shown by default and I cannot add a block in the page editor.
I have searched these pages for a solution and done a general Google search with no luck. Can anyone please advise how I can achieve this?
