Show active category on tag page

Hello,

I’m using your plugin with the Woof by category plugin. Everything works like a charm but i have one question.

I work with tags, and if i go to a tag page, is there a possibility to show in the sidebar the categories which are connected to this tag?

for example:
If I click on Starwars tag, I would see the store page with all the Star Wars items and I will see in the sidebar that I have 14 Star Wars items in DVD, 50 Star Wars items in Toys, 14 Star Wars items in T-shirts.

How can i achieve this? thanks in advance
