Show Ad categorie dropdown in Add Details form.

When adding a new ad on the second step of the form ( ad details form ), I want to show which category I chose already is first step of the form.

I check the code, there is a condition for disable it –
if ( $ui['category-field'] ):
Not seeing any option to enable it. How I can make it visible.

I don’t want to make any change to the core plugin file.
