Show ad only on pages of this type

Hi,
Thanks for your plugin.
I have a question and wondering it is a bug or my problem.

When Im editing the ‘ad’
There is general restriction.
in it there is
‘Show ad only on pages of this type:’

However,
when I tick all the field needed [Home Page (Home or Front Page)]
and save,

It looks it was saved, but no tick is apply in ‘Show ad only on pages of this type:’

and its not showing in index

May I know what the problem is?
