Show admin notice if plugin not set up yet

    Some users just install and activate this plugin and may think that’s it.
    But the plugin needs some setup before it can host the Google Fonts locally.
    It may be a good idea to show an admin notice with a link to the plugin settings after this plugin was activated / no Google Fonts are locally hosted yet by the plugin.
