Show advanced search by default in sidebar

Hi great plug-in.
Would it be possible to change the layout so that the advanced search (with filtering/sorting) is on the left side (beside the listings)?
So it wouldn’t be necessary to click on ‘advanced search’, the filtering/sorting would show up by default on the side.Thanks
