show advertisment in Lightbox

Dear all,

is it possible to show advertisement in Lightbox at the end of gallery or in between images? I would like to add html code which will show advertisement for user. I try to search in setting but I cannot find no way how to do this.

Or is there any hook to modify images and some html content?
