Show Ajax Load More for every category

    Unless I misuderstand, the only way to show a load more button on every category page is to generate a shortcode for every category. However, our site has over forty categories and it’s not workable to generate a different page for each one of them. Is there a way to generate a shortcode that will detect the current category and load posts accordingly?

    Please have a look at the Examples section within your WP Admin
    wp-admin/admin.php?page=ajax-load-more-examples

    You will find a category example where you pass the category name dynamically to the shortcode.
