Show / alert if “on backorder”

This small plugin is very useful for us, the only problem we have is related to stock display / alerts. It does show when a bundle is in stock, when it’s out of stock, but not “on backorder”. Backorder shows as if the bundle is in stock. Which is a bit unfortunate as the customer orders a product they believe is available now.

I see that my issue is similar to the other topic here, “Frontend Stock Messages”. It would be really useful to have the stock from the bundle shown, or at least just that the plugin can show backorder status.

I understand that this plugin is provided as is, and that I can’t expert support or any custom development. But if we can help in any way to fix the stock display issue, please say ??
