Show all languages doesn't work and flags not showing

In the “screen options” (top right) have you uncheck some languages?

I checked all the languages with screen options.

Could you please provide screenshots for illustrate your issues and a screenshot of your language settings (language tab)?

The locale and flags for Russian and Chinese languages used to show, but now they don’t show.

Please go in your Database.

1) Then go in the wp_terms table. Filter the “slug” column by the ru.
Provide me a screenshot of where appear all the ru.
Do the same with zh and provide me the screenshot.

2) Then go in the wp_term_taxonomy table. Please filter the “taxonomy” column by “language”. You should have several “language” entries.
Then check if in the language description you see the locale, here an example: https://nimb.ws/WhQGlC
Please provide me the screenshot.

3) Then go in your wp_options table > option_name column > _transient_pll_languages_list.

Could you please filtering the “taxonomy” column by the “language” and no by “zh”?

Your Chinese language has completely disappeared from your database, and it misses a part for the Russian (it misses the term_language).

Could you restore a backup?

this issue already occurred for few months now, so many changes have made. Is it possible to make a backup of the content now, re-install Polylang and then put the content back in wordpress?

Very weird.
Could you execute this query in the SQL tab:

SELECT *
FROM <code>wp_64cidx_term_taxonomy</code>
WHERE <code>taxonomy</code> LIKE '%language%'
LIMIT 0 , 30

If you re-install Polylang you will loose the link between your translations.

I executed this query and shows error message:
