On the user profile, you are able to select the points types to display and this points amount is based on the current user balance (not limited to any activity as you mention)

On the field “User profile points types” you have checkboxes to check which points types you want to show (as I can see you only have the answer-in-contest type)

Evidently you need to choose at least a points type to be displayed

If not the plugin will detect that you doesn’t selected any type and won’t render it

Is just the concept of “Why I will show something when there is anything to show?”

okay. How can I add points from all point type and show the total value?
For example
pointype 1 = 20 points
point type 2= 30 points .
on profile page i want to show total 50 points .
What ‘ll be the shortcode for it?

There isn’t anyway yet to show the sum of all points types

There is a code snippet for developers to add a custom shortcode with the sum of points types but to add it to the profile you will need custom development something we don’t offer support
