Show all posts based on custom field value

Hi all,
I’m really loving this plugin but since I’m no native programmer I’m having trouble with the following.
I added checkbox fields to the custom fields, containing three categories (each a different metabox). In each category is at least 1 checkbox checked per post. The values of these checkboxes are printed on the post page, per category.
Now I want to be able to make those ‘custom tags’ I’ve created clickable, so they lead to a page similar as you would encounter when you’ve clicked on a category tag. How can I do that?
For starters I’m not really sure how to create the links, but how to scan all posts on a certain value of a certain custom field value (while keeping the website running fast) is something I really don’t know how to begin with.Can anyone tell me if there’s an easy, maybe plug ‘n play method for this? I have basic PHP skills.
