Yes.

If you register for the ‘Amazon Product Advertising API’ and enter your AWS credentials into the plugin it will grab the price of Amazon products from the server ‘live’ and show them on your site.

Be aware that Amazon does not provide pricing for Kindle products via the API.

I’ve not used Woocommerce, how does it currently get its pricing information?

It’s inserted manually which only lets you input a price. However, I have Woocommerce Jetpack that allows you to swap the price with whatever text you want. Is there perhaps a code I could use to insert there to get the live price from Amazon?

Probably not, you could try putting a shortcode in and when WordPress renders the page it might convert it to the price, e.g.:

[amazon asin=0123456789&template_content=%PRICE%]

If there is a way to execute some php in Woocommerce then you could use one the Amazon Link API’s to get the price?
