Show another filter if a specific filter is selected

Is it possible to load another filter only if certain filter is selected?

Lets say I select the Category named “Dyser”, I want to show a new or extra filter only if that category is selected.

The problem is that if you choose a filter the url will show like this:
https://polyalkemi.com/produktkategori/tilbehor-og-reservedeler/?filter_cat_list_0=151

While its possible to force a filter to show only on certain pages or categories, it seems its not possible to force a filter to show only on specific URL or specific filter choices ?
