Show attribute without variation

I have an attribute, fabrics, that only shows the material of the product. There are no variations.
I have two questions:
Is there a way I can show this in the product page.
Can I show it as text only, not as button or select, since there is nothing to select, it’s just an attribute.

Yes, you can absolutely have the product’s attribute(s) show on the Product page under the Additional Information tab.
