Show author rank, request ID error

    I am trying to show the author rank in the profiles, for this I use the widget “Gamipress: User Rank” and I select the option of “Show Current Rank”. It gives the following error “Please, provide the user ID”, and the only way it shows the range is if I select the option “Current User”.

    Thanks since now. Gamipress is great!

    GamiPress includes 2 settings to setup to which user display something:

    1) Current User: Checking this option will display the ranks for the current logged in user
    2) User ID: To manually pass the user ID of your choice (needs to have Current User unchecked to work)

    The thing is that actually GamiPress does not includes settings to display something based on the “author” of a profile, sorry

    We will keep it in mind for future updates but in meanwhile you may need a custom development to pass dynamically the user ID of the author profile displayed

    Thanks for the quick reply, it would be great if the Points, Ranks and Achievements widgets could work in the author profile, it would enrich the user experience and it would look very beautiful.

    Adapting the Gamipress registers would also be very useful, although it is not as important as the above.

    It is for a personal project and it is not possible for me to invest in a developer, I will wait patiently in case the update is possible one day.
