Show Authors Full Name?

    Hi,

    LOVE this plugin. Purchased it when it was on CodeCanyon too, finally found where it went to!

    Just one small issue though, when I have say 2 customers with the same name and they both submit a ticket, I cannot tell which ones is which.

    My question is, how can I display the authors full name?

    First of all thanks for the kind word ??

    Now, could you tell me which screen you are talking about? In the ticket edit screen you should have the users full names (in the dropdowns). However, what you pointed out is right: if two users have the same full name it will be hard to differentiate them. I dunno what would be a good solution here.

    Hey Julien,

    When viewing “All Tickets”
    and
    when viewing a specific ticket. The name on the right hand side, in the column.

    Is there a code hack I can do to display the full name?

    They don’t have the same full name, just the same first names. Which makes it impossible to tell them apart.

    Hi Julien,

    Any help with this? I am sure it is a simple string in a PHP file somewhere to pull in the surename/second name too.
