Show authors with number of posts plugin ?

I’ve been searching 30 minutes for a plugin that would show the authors with the amount of posts they have made.

Why use a plugin when WordPress has the functionality to display the number of posts per author like you want?

<?php the_author(); ?> (<?php the_author_posts(); ?> )


This will render: Harriett Smith (425).
