show block on frontpage only

    Hi, this plugin is very useful. I am looking for some help.

    1. is it possible to display a block only on frontpage, assuming the rule should be is_front_page(), even if it is blog or custom frontpage.
    2. is it possible to display a block everywhere except on frontpage, assuming the rule should be !is_front_page(), even if it is blog or custom frontpage.

    Possible with metadata or URL path? entering / not seems to work, assuming i want to show a block on example.com/ and one block on everywhere except on example.com
