Here’s the link to the page where the title doesn’t appear: https://www.illustraworld.com/blog even though, as you can see in the attachment, we have activated the blog title in Customization.

Your screenshot is only showing you have enabled the Blog Title. The way how you configure it is not seen. That’s why I asked a video, so we can see exactly how you do that.
