Show bubble: Only subset of pages is found by helpgent

    Dear support,

    I want to “Enable form bubble” on multiple pages. I have 23 pages and helpgent offers to enable form bubble for only a subset, that is 11 pages. I checked for spelling and potential capital letters in the URL. Could this be related to German Umlauts in the Pages Titel?

    I am happy to give you a live demo in case you need it.

    Happy for any ideas, I tried anything I can think of. Maybe I have to refresh some cache of the helpgent application?
