Show Captions instead of Titles in Lightbox

Please pardon me if this has been asked before. The search feature here leaves a lot to be desired.
Rather than show image titles in the lightbox, I would like to show the captions used on the post. Can you tell me where I can make this configuration change?

Hi, an image’s caption should be displayed in the lightbox. An image’s title will be used only if the caption field does not contain any values.
You can get more details on title precedence in SLB’s documentation.
