show category structure (widget)

Hello,

Great theme, I like it. I’d like to show the categories structure, though. When I enable this option in the widget configuration interface, it doesn’t seem to change anything. Could you please tell me how I can achieve this (i.e. to get a similar effect as in your “Breaking news”-theme)?
