Show comments admin menu for cpt

    Hi,

    I have custom post types that allow for comments which works fine. I have sub-admin roles that can view only the related cpt on their dashboard – working fine.

    Now I need my sub-admin to view and moderate the comments to their cpt. But the COMMENTS menu item does not show on the dashboard.

    It certainly shows for the super admin – but not to those sub-admins that are restricted to their cpt.

    How can I get my sub-admins to moderate the comments related to their cpt?

    OK, I guess I found my solution: I need to check the read/edit/delete post caps on for general posts (not just the cpt). When I leave out the edit/delete OTHERS posts my admin has all coments in his list but can access only cpt comments.
