Show comments in Paraxis Lite

I have both the Oblique and Paraxis Lite themes installed on my site, and am currently using Paraxis Lite. I love almost everything about this theme, except it does not seem to display a link for leaving a comment or comment count in the entry meta on the main page. Is there a way to fix this? I am able to do some CSS or other type coding, but I can’t find where entry meta properties are located to make the change, and I do not know the code to add a link to comments and comment count.
