Show content/announcement to unregistered users

Hi,

I am developing a new website based on wordpress and i need to have an announcement for example in the header(to appear on all pages) but only for the unregistered users. This will be membership website and the registered users don’t need to see that content as it will be a teaser or advertising the website content.
