Show currency name in drop down, instead of country/zone

    Hello
    How can i override country/zone name in dropdown with currency code or currency name.
    For Example, i want to show

    -select-
    US$
    GBP
    Euro

    current it is showing like

    – Select –
    USA
    UK
    Germany
    Other Countries
