Show current aplied rule to vistor

To display the current active rule for the logged-in user, you might find the Discount Bar feature useful. It allows you to showcase your discount details directly on product pages.

By using the discount bar option, you can:

• Add your own texts to be displayed in product pages which has discounts.
• Customize the look and feel of the discount bar with the color picker.
• Choose the position to display the Bar on product page.

HI , This is not what i mean. I know that option. my clients can have a discount based on purchase history so till 200 they get 10% and from 200-600 20% for example i want them to show which rusle is currently active based on the purchase history. i want to show that in the account page of my client
