Show Dashboard Widget

I am having a difficult time showing my dashboard widget as well. I have the correct user role checked as well as the widget checked. I have also reinstalled it several times with turning my computer off in between. I’ve tried it on two different websites and themes to no avail. I don’t have any other Google plug ins on these WordPress sites as well.

On both accounts after entering the code, Google Analytics logging said it was “disabled” rather than “enabled”. I had to manually enable it and save it. Do you know if that could be causing the issue and what is causing that?

I couldn’t get the dashboard widget to display as well. My account is the second super admin (i.e I’m not the website owner) but I have all admin rights and user role, still the dashboard is not appearing.

The dashboard widget shows properly in web owner’s dashboard though.

Any thoughts?

I’m getting reports from a client that his Dashboard Widget displays an empty box. I can’t replicate the problem despite us both having Admin accounts. Even when I use User Switching to view his Dashboard it appears, but he still can’t see the report in the “Google Analytics Summary” Dashboard Widget.

I’ve solved the problem.
I’ve reset the Google Analyticator settings with the following url: https://[site_url]/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=ga_reset

I’ve authorised & register again.

Problem solved for me. I recover the settings in Google Analyticator and Widget admin panel

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for helping out here. How do you reset with that new url? I clicked reset but it just takes me to the authentication screen where I input my Google code.

Hi,

When you clic on that URL, the system reset the config. Just place the code again and save.

Work for me.
