Show date field title

Hello there,

We are using “Date Time Picker Field” plugin in our DIVI forms in order to request service date to users (we provide sailing boat experiences and request the date is really important).

This doesn’t allow the title of the field to appear on top of the field itself and some users struggle to understand that the question is the date of the service and not the current date.

What can be done to sort out the issue?
