Show different Product description by location?

    Is there any way/plugin-combination to show a different product description to customers depending on the customer delivery location (or Customer IP-address)?

    For example:

    1) Customer A wants the product X to be delivered to USA. So It should say in the product description of the product X: “this product is perfect for USA market”.

    2) Customer B wants the product X to be delivered to France. So It should say in the product description of the product X: “this product is perfect for France market”.

    So customer A should see a different product description than customer B.
