With shortcodes you can show only the achievements obtained, in this link we explain how to do it.
You can use the [gamipress_achievements] shortcode in which you can see a demo from this link.

Regarding the server load, you should know that our shortcodes / blocks have a pagination, with which to avoid overloading our shortcode / block you can show a number of results.
You can modify this option in the shortcode / block itself or even disable it.
