Show edit fields on the Front End

  • Hello good day staff.
    I am using the ACF to a project and need addition of custom fields are inserted into the ” backend admin ” appears on a certain page “Front- End” this so that the user can edit a particular type of post.
    I think it’s something using the hook ” get_field ” .
    It is for display only two fields on a page. Can someone help me?
    PS .: The group has already been created and also the generated code to display the type of post , which need only know how to do to display the edit fields to edit users .

    The fields are:
    Field name : ingredientes-acf

    Field name : modo-de-preparo
