    Hello @jarwu,

Have you tried disabling all cache plugins temporarily?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi, Could we contact by email? I don’t want to public all data about my system here.

The system status report doesn’t include any sensitive data other than the site URL, which you can remove. ??

You also don’t need to post it here, you can upload it to something like Gist and delete it later.

I prefer to contact with person which represent developer, author of plugin. If I understand you are officially that plugin support. So you have name and last name, you represent some company and you have your job email. Without confirmation I cant give you access to any data. I haven’t knowledge to be sure that all that data are 100%. I hope you understand.

Keeping the support public can help other community members, also as mentioned above the system status report doesn’t have any sensitive data. If it did, we wouldn’t be asking you to share it here.

That said, you can open a ticket about this from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support.

Make sure to include a link to this thread so we know what has been done already and to email us from the same email linked the plugin license.

    Cheers!

    Hello,

    Link to that report https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sm5lnLze9wGAniZmx0TwgcDC0HlnfeKm/view?usp=sharing

I have consulted it and that data are safe.

    Hi,

If I am understanding correctly, you already disabled Express checkouts i.e. Apple Pay / Google Pay into your Stripe settings in WooCommerce:

You can go again to WooCommerce > settings > payments > stripe > Express checkouts, disable them and save settings.

If that does not work, you can check if your Stripe account permits to disable them into the Stripe Dashboard, as explained in this documentation:

    https://support.stripe.com/questions/disable-apple-pay-for-stripe-checkout

Hope this helps, let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

As I have mentioned before that option was deactivated and it is obvious. The problem is that after deactivation and save is ok, but after update plugin it again was active. All cache was cleaned.

    Howdy @jarwu

Thank you for clarifying things further. From what I gather, the option saves, as expected, while using version 7.1.0 of the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin.

What happened was that, while the option was deselected on an earlier version of the plugin, updating it re-enabled the Express Checkouts, therefore it had to be manually deselected again. Correct?

While trying, with a test installation of mine, I can verify that the Express Checkouts setting saves, as expected, in both states (selected/deselected).

Feel free to reach back, should you see that issue reappearing with a next update of the plugin.

If you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.
