show extra mandatory comment box based on rating

    is there a way to show extra mandatory comment box if the user rated 3 stars or less for a question?

    Dear @amres1,

    Thank you for the topic.

    At the moment, unfortunately, there is no such feature to display the user explanation only if the user rated 3 stars.
    The User explanation is displayed for any result and it is not required to fill in this input.
