show featured image in product gallery thumbnails

  • Without modifying the plugin, you pretty much need to upload 2 copies of the featured image to the product to make that happen.

    you can modify the product-thumbnails.php file by removign the ‘post_not_in’ line so the featured image isn’t excluded

    copy this file from woocommerce/templates/simgle-product to
    your-theme-folder/woocommerce/simgle-product and modify the copy

    the first solution seems bit working in my case. i tried the second one as well but it breaks the theme.

    but i’m still facing a problem. when i click the images on product gallery, the corresponding bigger image shrinks to the size of thumbnails. do you know the solution?

    This workaround is no longer valid for the latest woocommerce version. The post_not_in line that should be commented is not present anymore.

    Is there any other way this can be fixed?
