Show featured images of next posts at bottom of post

    Is there a way to have the featured image for the next posts at the bottom of a post show up, in addition to the title of the posts that are already there?

    The only way to add featured image to post navigation on single post page is to modify single.php file.

    Hmmm. Is there a way I could do that or would I need professional help to modify each post?
