Show field when a variant is selected

I see, the your B2C site has Autoptimize plugin but the B2B one has not.

Maybe you can try to temporarily turn off the Autoptimize and review if it works.

Of course another plugin can affect also.

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

Thank you for the feedback. But if that’s because of the plugin, then it’s good for me the other way around. I want it to be the same on the b2b side as it is on the b2c side.

I would like there to be a tick when “Wunschma?” is selected. https://www.lana-solution.de/produkt/besteckeinsatz-schublade-30-cm/ But if something else is selected, then the additional fields with the check mark should not be visible. I’ve checked all the settings one by one and don’t know what to do next. Can someone help me?
On B2B: https://lana-solution-b2b.de/produkt/besteckeinsatz-schublade-30-cm/ I see the checkbox even if something else is selected. And if “desired size” is selected, then the checkbox is not marked and the fields are not yet visible.

Could you please try to disable the plugins one by one, while keeping PPOM active, and check if the issue disappears this way?
