I made sure to double-check the cache and purged varnish accordingly. Settings still indicate the ‘show floating buttons’ as being active but they aren’t appearing since the update.

I checked your website and noticed 1 javascript error.
It seems that a minify js was not “clear” and it still shows instructions for the old version of the plugin.

Do you have a plugin called “bwp-minify” or something? Check it because the instructions contained in this JavaScript are for the old version of the plugin.

I’m runnning into the same issue after the most recent update. Turned off caching and still no luck. Can you take a look to see if it’s anything obvious?

the code seems ok, have you tried to temporarily disable W3 Total Cache?
Most likely this is the same problem, something is left in the cache (most likely the font icon) and then fails to show the new icons.
