    Hi Ian,

You can add any widget (including ones that display forms) into the sub menus.

However, if you just want to create a mobile menu then you might be better off using a dedicated mobile menu plugin.

Thank you @megamenu, I appreciate your response!

It would be the whole menu but I need the form to display in the mobile menu as a submenu — is that possible with MegaMenu?

    All the best!

    Hi Ian,

In MMM you can build your sub menus to contain whatever widgets you want, they can be forms, images, anything you like. But MMM will take over your desktop and mobile menu.

If you just want a mobile menu with a form inside (leaving your desktop menu as is) you’d be better off with a dedicated mobile menu plugin. You’ll find a lot on codecanyon if you search for “off canvas menu” and they should also let you add widgets to the sub menus.

    Regards,
    Tom

Thank you for your fast reply Tom @megamenu, I really appreciate!

I am fine re-tweaking my desktop menu IF MMM will display the form in the mobile menu — I looked on MMM website and demos but I can’t see any example where a form/shortcode/HTML is used as a submenu element in a mobile menu.

It is the mobile menu that is keeping me stuck so I want to get this done (ideally with a plugin), even if this means re-tweaking the rest.

Thank you for your time and guidance, I really appreciate it!
