Show Games In The Future

  • Love your widgets! Is there a way to force the schedule widget to only show games scheduled in the future — or at least…start with that on the slider. Thus….last night’s game would be not visible on the screen…but you could left arrow and see it. When you load the page it would start with the first upcming game.

    Hi Larry,
    Great question. Thanks for posting it here. I assume that when you refer to “widgets” you mean “shortcodes”. The shortcodes provide a good deal of flexibility for specifying date ranges, but the documentation is a bit hidden. Take a look at this man page. I think you’ll find what you need there.

    I assume this is only for the league manager and not the schedules/scoreboard plugin.

    Also, when I use the shortcut for SLIDER….I get the ticker look instead

    I used this shortcut:
    [mstw_league_schedule_slider league=league-slug season=season-slug]

    Hey Larry,
    I believe those arguments work in the Schedules & Scoreboards plugin’s shortcodes as well.

    Please send me a screenshot of the slider that looks like a ticker, and I try to help you out. Very strange. Could be some CSS issues.
